Not a bad design but the fonts and overall text look pretty stupid, maybe stick with one font or hand draw it yourself.

Thank you so much! the piece was 10''x10''actual size by the clients request. After I finished the framing and matting it was 16''x16''.

Fuck yeah, these colours, and the style you painted it in are awesome. The only minuscule thing I could point out is that the skulls are blurrier than the rest of the piece as I assume you ctrl+v'd one or the other, but that's only noticeable if you zoom in so super solid piece.
